He explained the problem clearly and provided a number of options to help manage the pain and next steps in term of treatment. Been promising myself a visit to this foot care centre for quite a long time. I pass it regularly so when I finally decided to give my feet a little tlc … More it was the obvious choice. From my initial email enquiry to actual treatment it was very professional. My needs were discussed and costs made clear. On the day I was quite nervous as I had a specific thing that was worrying me and actually I think my feet are pretty gross as I walk a lot and don't really pay them the attention they deserve. Firoz addressed my worry first and immediately put my mind at rest then looked after my feet. I got very clear information about what he was going to do and how to manage it going forward. On leaving I got clear instructions regarding the products and treatment and that was followed up with what's app pics and written instructions to make it clearer with an written report for my doctor and recommendations for a further product to help with my condition all on the same day.
Firoz was very easy going which also helped a great deal and I will have no hesitation booking further visits. Thank you once again -
