PEDORTHIST and SPECIALIST in BIOMECHANICS & GAIT ANALYSIS
Firoz is the proprietor and practice manager of Foot Comfort Centre. He has a particular interest in general foot care, foot health education, biomechanics, gait analysis and ingrown toenails eg. nail bracing (like teeth bracing) for the treatment of ingrown toenails as an alternative to nail surgery.
Firoz’s professional career spans some 25 years, during which time he has worked within the NHS and private sectors. Firoz has trained in a number of medical and allied disciplines including chiropody & podiatry (Qualifying in 1988 @ Northampton School of Podiatry), orthotics, prosthetics, musculoskeletal medicine, sports therapy, foot surgery (Qualifying in 1997), Pedorthics (Qualifying as Board Certified Pedorthist @ New York School Of Pedorthic Medicine in 2003), acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (Qualifying in 2005), hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming (Qualifying in 2007).
Firoz has travelled and taught extensively on the subject of biomechanics, orthotics, cryosurgery, foot health and foot surgery both nationally and internationally and held a visiting Adjunct Professor post at Barry University, Miami during 1993-1997.
Firoz left full time clinical practice in 2003 and set up a medical product development company called Orthotic-Lab Limited and returned back to clinical practice in early 2011. Since then Firoz has been working with a range of colleagues to update his skills while continuing to provide footcare and pedorthic services.
His ambition is to join forces with a group of highly skilled colleagues and fellow professionals to bring you an ethical, comprehensive and inclusive health care facility focusing on the management of foot and ankle services, ‘Footcare & Footwear for the Whole Family’.

Suhaib is an enthusiastic foot expert who has a caring and friendly approach to patient foot care. He combines his abilities to connect with people with his excellent patient management. He got his degree in Podologia at Seville University, Spain where he collaborated with the Biomechanics Department. His fields of interest are gait analyses and a holistic approach to feet conditions.
Suhaib’s natural empathy and a desire to work more directly with patients and help people were the deciding factors to join Foot Comfort Center where he is focusing most of his professional efforts.
He keeps up to date with all the latest developments in the field, and constantly updates his skills. Suhaib has been instrumental in the selection of our footwear and foot care products in order that we can best advice and prescribe to our clients and patients.
Martin Vine BSc (Hons) PODM, L.A Cert.
Martin has nearly 18 years experience treating many different foot problems including: Ingrown toenails, verrucae, fungal toenails, thickened damaged nails, corn and callouses, heel pain, foot and arch pain, lower leg problems from knee down, toe deformities, injuries relating to sport and accidents to the feet and legs, diabetic, rheumatoid and other high risk foot complaints. Abnormalities of gait,foot and leg function including corrective devices….etc
Martin has worked in NHS Hospitals, Community and GP practices for many years and also in private practice, and has treated the very young to the very old.
Martin has a very strong holistic approach to treating foot and leg problems and endeavours to find lasting solutions where possible.
